FI into revolt
Another fast revolt build order. Getting the build to work was difficult as russia lacks almost all the politician and cards that other fast revolt build hinge on. We will be revolting to Romania. While the siege capabilities is lower than Hungary, it has a 8 cavalry archer infinite shipment that we will need to cover your precious heavy canons.
Age I :
17/20 opening. Collet all the crates, build a house, put 5 settlers and hunts and all new settlers on wood until you can build a TP. Explorer focus on wood and XP treasures. Ship the 7 sheep+wagon asap. Age up with the quartermaster. You may have a little bit of downtime before clicking up.
Transition
In transition scout the enemy. Depending on what you see, you will need to choose a path :
- If you see signs of an early rush/colonial timing, chop for blockhouse in transition. Queue one batch of settlers.
- If no obvious sign of agression, chop for a market, a house and research hunting dogs. Queue two batches of settlers when possible.
- If you are certain the enemy will greed, delay the age up by training an extra batch of villagers (20/20). Age up at 4'40 (it is mega late for a supremacy game which is why this 20/20 opening is ridiculously greedy). Build a market, a house and research HD. Queue one batch of settler when the house is up. Finally start macroing for age 3.
All 3 pathes reach age 3 more or less at the same time. The higher the number the better your economy in the long run but the more exposed you are.
Age II :
Path 1 :
In age II, collect the wood and build a market, a house, and a church, then research hunting dogs. Ship 700 wood as we will have to stay longer in age 2. Queue one batch of settlers. Upon age up, use the wood from the quartermaster to build a market, and get hunting dogs. Consider wether to fight in age 2 or stick with the FI :
- If you stick with the FI, build a church with the remaining wood, queue a 2nd batch of settlers and ship 700c. When the 700w arrive, build at least one TP and one blockhouse. With the last 250 wood, build either a 3rd blockhouse for safety or research stagecoach in transition to age 3. Then, macro for 1200food and 300c to combine with the coin crate to pay for age 3 with the exiled prince.
- If you abandon the FI, the 250wood can be used for a house+streltsy or build another blockhouse and train ruskets. Adapt to the situation.
Path 2 :
In age II, ship 700w and 700c back to back, collect the wood and build a blockhouse (to use as an insurance vs harassment and synergises with Romania) and a church. Then queue another batch of settlers. When the 700w arrive, build at least one TP and one blockhouse. With the last 250 wood, build either a 3rd blockhouse for safety or research stagecoach in transition to age 3. Then, macro for 1200 food and 300c to combine with the coin crate to pay for age 3 with the exiled prince.
Path 3 :
In age II ship 700c and 700w back to back. You only need one batch of settlers in age 2 unlike the other openers. Collect the wood from the age up and build a blockhouse (to use as an insurance vs harassment and synergises with Romania) and a church. Avoid using more than one villager to build the blockhouse to avoid wasting villager seconds. Collect the coin crates when it arrives, and click up as fast as possible with the exiled prince. When the 700w arrive, build at least one TP and one blockhouse. With the last 250 wood, build either a 3rd blockhouse for safety or research stagecoach in transition to age 3.
Age III :
When you reach age 3, ship 1000c as soon as possible. Your sheep are close to fully fattened. Start eating them so that you can click to age 4 as fast as possible. Ship 1000w when you can. This will pay for the revolt. You now have to macro for one batch of settlers, 1000f and 1000c to combine with the wood and revolt. Any excess resource beyon the 1k food and 1k coin should be converted to coin.
In transition research placer mines. Start collecting coin when it is done. Put a LOT of settlers on your mine(s).
Age IV :
Ship the two heavy canons. Revolts as soon as you have completed your last batch of villagers and you have received the two heavy canons.
Revolt :
Danubian principalities (marked with "!!!") is a free shipment ! You can send it whenever you want and it arrives in 5 seconds. That's a free blockhouse, a native embassy (that you will never use but it's still 10 build XP). Send it whenever your shipment queue is not in use.
If you managed to spare 500c in age 4, ship the russian expeditionary army. This shipment has enormous value and ensures you will win an artillery war. Even if the enemy is not making artillery, it is your best shipment.
Your next shipment will depend on your need : horse artillery if you need more siege. 8 cavalry archer if you need more meatshield. Pandours if your opponent is cheeky with light infantry.
You can send the Roşior dragoon shipment whenever you have 8 blockhouses or more on the map.
