Hausa
- Create 12 villagers and send the first 3. Then age up with the Moroccans to get extra XP income and keep sending more shipments later on, since timing is very important if you want to execute this strategy quickly.
- During the transition from Age I to Age II, send the Hausa Kingdoms card when the age-up progress bar is around 60%, so it arrives just as you reach the Second Age. Also during the transition, send most of your villagers to gold until you gather at least 200 gold and also sell one cattle for wood and you should get 200 wood, to build the Palace with your Explorer as soon as you hit the Second Age.
- It's important to send the Gannanci card to unlock this musketeer-type unit and start training as many as you can during the Second Age, even while you're aging to the Third.
- It's recommended to age up to the Third Age with the Ankobia, since it gives you a few Akan Musketeers, which will help you mass more of these units, combining the ones granted by the card that unlocks them, plus the ones you're able to train.
- Once in the Third Age, send the 1,000 Influence card and make sure you’ve already started researching the Imported Cannons technology at the Palace. At this point, you should have enough to produce 3 or 4 cannons.
- You can also send the Amina Palace card, but only if you've already used a shipment before aging up to the Third Age. This card gives you an additional Palace and, more importantly, a bit more Influence, which will help you create even more cannons.
- Then, in the Third Age, you can push with a full army of musketeers and cannons. You can send or train a few Griots, as they’re always very helpful in combat. You can also train a few Riders, and your next card shipments can include Lifidi Knights — this cavalry unit is great for taking out enemy cannons, dealing with light infantry, or raiding villagers around the map
