Russian turtle into 3tc

A cleaned up version of a build showcased by SolideR here.

Game plan :

Ally quickly with the russian to ge tthe protection of a blockhouse, then get to age 3 in a timely manner to benefit from the fort. Behind this defensive line, perform a very safe 3TC boom.

Age I :

Tp opening. 2 vils on wood, rest on food. After the TP is up focus on wood treasure until the village is built, then focus on food and coin treasures to help with ageing up.

Your first shipment is Tea export. Ally with the russian. Train one villager at the time until the russian alliance is active to benefit from the villager cost discount. Your 2nd shipment should arrive in age 1. Send good faith agreement and purchase the blockhouse from the consulate. Place it defensively.

Age up with the Summer palace at 15 vils. Train 4 vils in transition. Gather 300c then put all your workers back on food. Herd agressively.

Age II :

Ship 700 c and macro for age up with the temple of heaven. Ship 300 export as your 4th shipment to be able to purchase the fort in age 3. Age up with the temple of heaven (TC wagon) with 4 villagers. In transition split your villagers 50/50 to food and wood. Use these resources to build villagers and villages OR build old han army.

Age III :

Buy the fort from the consulate. Ship 1000w whenever you can. You aim to build your 6 villages and (ideally) an extra TC with your monk before your herds in base run out. Once you have the 6 villages out, ship northern refugees. You should get 9 villagers out of this card. Follow with saiga herd to get an enormous amount of huntables in base.

You can now freely boom without the need of map control.
